Why We’re No Longer Offering Alaska Airlines Miles?
Unfortunately, the Alaska Airlines Miles program has been discontinued by Alaska Airlines, and as a result, we are no longer able to offer it. To continue providing value to our customers, we’ve introduced the new Span Elite Customer Loyalty Program.
Who is Eligible?
- All Span Elite retail customers are automatically enrolled in the program.
- Pro Service (B2B) customers are not eligible for this program.
How Does It Work?
- After February 1, 2025 you will earn 2 points for every $1 spent.
- For a period of time before that, you will have earned 1 point for every $1 spent.
- You can find your current balance in the ‘My Rewards’ tab in your account page.
- Once you’ve accumulated enough points, you can redeem them for purchases directly in our store.
- During checkout, the rewards points will appear as a payment method if you have enough points to cover your order.
Expirations
- Points are valid in the year they are earned plus an additional 6 months.
- For example, points earned in the 2025 calendar year will be valid until July 1st, 2026.
- Be sure to use your points before they expire to make the most of your rewards!
Who is Not Eligible?
- Pro Service (B2B) customers are not eligible for this program.
